Comments: This is one of the best bottles of wine in my life.
The vintage is outstanding. I tasted once in Italy, once in Canada and once in the US...consisitent...I procurred 2 sixpaks!
sweet nose, still purple in colour, a tad of run into the rim. The berry fruit impact is higher than most Bordeaux, but less than most of our overblown Californians. The minerality is what is refreshing, and the high end french barrique ( I believe water immersed cooperage, not fire treated). A class act.
