  In keeping with the style we established more than a quarter century ago, Chandon has captured the expression of California’s vineyards in Brut Classic. The wine presents full flavors that move seamlessly across the palate. Chardonnay provides front palate creaminess and contributes a firm structure and vibrancy while Pinot Meunier adds mid-palate dimension with hints of cherry cream. Pinot Noir, which forms the majority of the cuvйe, gives the wine length, persistence and a lingering flavor. To ensure the continuity of style and quality that has made Chandon one of America’s classic sparkling wines, our Brut is blended with ten to twenty percent Reserve wines from prior harvests.
