Brewer and Clifton Pinot Noir Mount Carmel 2005

Comments: Light red and dusky. Very balanced, with zesty wild strawberry, pomegranate and boysenberry flavors that pick up a nice dusty berry and mineral edge. Just a tinge of tannin at the end of a taste that lingers. Works well with fish and fowl but gets lost in a stronger flavor. Still, whether it is worth the price tag is a matter for discussion
