This was also tasted in December in a formal winemaker tasting of Malbecs. It shown in the international group. I then tasted it again in January and it was again a nice accompaniment to food and friends.

Domaine des Rochelles-J.-Y.A. Lebreton 2002 Domaine des Rochelles Anjou-Villages Brissac but red.... cherry cigarette it was dark in the restaurant little thin meat-we had lamb and frites nice wine with food tannic and acid plums and somewhat strawberry?

I had this in a formal tasting of Malbecs in December with a group of winemakers. It did not win a lot of favorites among us. So, I decided to taste it again in January. It was a little more interesting, maybe because it was not being outshone or because it was not being scrutinized but rather enjoyed with food and friends. But, it is not something I would buy again.
