• Overall :
  very nice floral and refreshing wine to savor with foods or on its own
• Eye :
  golden straw
• Nose :
  very floral almost sweet like honey nice crisp green apple
• Mouth :
  crisp with fragrant honeysuckle blossoms nicely frutiy yet full palate
• Delicious with :
  lemon and buttered pasta fruit crisp if not too sweet.

Comments: This was also tasted in December in a formal winemaker tasting of Malbecs. It shown in the international group. I then tasted it again in January and it was again a nice accompaniment to food and friends.

  cedar blackberry slight green-rather herbal

  filling good tannins fruit followed by dk chocolate/coffee

Comments: I had this in a formal tasting of Malbecs in December with a group of winemakers. It did not win a lot of favorites among us. So, I decided to taste it again in January. It was a little more interesting, maybe because it was not being outshone or because it was not being scrutinized but rather enjoyed with food and friends. But, it is not something I would buy again.
